First time here in a while. Not super impressed by my experience.

The bus took 15 minutes to show up. Both terminals weren’t that busy.

Exec had several Rogues, a Tucson, two Edges, some Altimas and a Durango. The lot was pretty empty and only half the aisle was occupied. There were 2 Q5s, a X5 and an A6 parked in the upgrade section. I asked the attendant what the upgrade rate was on the Q5 and I was told they’re reserved for elite members. When I indicated I am executive elite I was simply told they’re not available. I asked why they weren’t parked on the five spots right next to upgrade that clearly indicated “reserved” and he said “I don’t know” and walked away.

Not really a Durango fan, but this one is a GT Plus so it has heated and cooled seats, radar cruise, the bigger screen, and a sunroof.

EDIT: Just realized I never got the automated text from them with the phone number for customer service like I have received from other locations.
