I got the existing Jet Blue Barclays card. They promise 50,000 points after spending $1,000 and paying the annual fee. Problem is they are not able to link the TruBlue account with the Jet Blue credit card. At first they said wait 24 hours; then it was 72 hours. Now they say 4-7 weeks. Will they ever do it? Not sure how to resolve this. They don't even have a way of submitting a complaint in writing unless you have a flight reservation number.
