How much flying do you typically do in a year? What routes/class of service? Having elite status is great, but its greatest benefits go to those traveling in Economy. If your travel will primarily be in Business or First Class, status won't mean much. Also, you don't want to amass more miles than you could ever use.
Are you sure that truck leases will code as rental cars (or travel) for those cards which have rental cars or travel as bonus categories?
I would take a look at the Chase, Amex, and US Bank business cards to see what their offerings are. Depending on your own travel patterns, you might be better off earning cash back, rather than miles.
