Just because they were aware of it and had not taken action immediately doesn’t mean they approve of it.
Responses to mass fraud sometimes take time.
I’m glad they fired the Hyatt head in China. Fraud likes it drives up the cost and devalues the program for everyone. And I’m glad they shut down those accounts permanently.
