There is a recheck area for international arrivals. You will pass it before exiting anywhere. Just follow the immigration and customs process.
Regarding precheck, the closest security to the intl arrivals does not have precheck. You'll need to walk to the AA side
You can technically not pass it if you exit to the right into landside arrivals.
The precheck checkpoint was available at the closest one recently, but was gone again the last time I passed through. They can't make up their mind where it is. If it's not at the one at the top of the escalators, turn left and left.
