UXP vs XP credit when placing a retro claim
Is it just for me or it's getting worse and worse with the automatic XP credit of SAF contributions ?
I had a couple recent experiences where I paid (with miles) to get 7 (U)XP and got credited only 5 UXP. An email to Flying blue corrected this situation but the agent credited 2 XP instead of 2 UXP. The ultimate points matter to me as I am roughly at 700UXP this year and would like to qualify for Ulti...
On the last trip we did, it's even worse : both my GF and I paid to get 11 UXP (101.20 Euros equivalent paid in miles), but got only 2 UXP credited. I called the PSL today to claim for the other 9 and the agent told me she will need to go through back office to have this corrected. Meanwhile, my girlfriend sent an email to FB and got a reply an hour later stating that the extra 9 XP were credited, but those were not UXP, just regular XP (for her, it did not matter much since she does not target Ulti this year).
Would be good to know where is the bug here. Maybe @ben-lipsey could confirm that SAF contributions are UXP qualifying ?
