While this is correct for now, Air India did have 788s flying at least once daily each from DEL and BOM to BKK. Which, being lie-flat, was a better product to the 772s and 744s that TG was flying at the time. Air India now seems to have deployed the wide bodies to longer routes and now we’re stuck with the A320s.

Thai also flies an all-economy A320 to BOM on some days with their “enhanced economy” product and on some booking methods it gets ticketed as business class incorrectly.
