Greeting by first name not by Mr Surname, and a different exec page (which I think is better) Have I missed a BA Website upgrade?. I like this new look (and will even better when I get my Tier points back from April to October). Easier to find my upcoming flights on the separate tab, and everything just a bit clearer.

Is this something BA has mentioned, as I've not seen it mentioned....
