Not all the OW lounges are open all the time. That can cause someone to use more than one lounge.
I was on an evening BA flight from T3 a couple of year back and guested a colleague on the same flight into the CX business lounge. The flight should have departed before the CX lounge closed for the evening, but was delayed and the CX lounge closed, so we ended up switching to the BA lounge for an hour/hour and a half while waiting for the flight to board.
Switching lounges, whether due to a delay or for any other (or no) reason, is a very normal thing to do, and is quite different from the OP's intention of guesting someone into one lounge and, simultaneously, a second person into another lounge.
