I just checked now and did not recieve points, but went back to the retroclaim page and it worked for me. I take it to mean that the system is fixed, but you still need to claim the miles via the website/app.
Edit: maybe hold off a bit on retroclaiming. It told me the ORD-CPH was credited, but the miles don't show. CPH-PRG posted as it should. Perhaps all the bugs are not fully resolved.
