Yes, why are the hotels themselves not being punished (as well) - maybe they are? It’s odd that they aren’t being forced out for fraud.
We don't know whether the hotel was punished or not. It's possible that the hotel blamed a rogue manager or negotiated a settlement with Hyatt, possibly by paying a fine and providing a list of fraudulent stays.
