No indeed to 2 in CCR, and no as well to 2 in GF unless you are GGL in which case you can regardless of whether you are flying F.

As noted, BA systems will get panicky if you try to make it to a second BA lounge with new guests but the same one would be tolerated.

As for the OP's question, I agree with the dominant mood music on this thread. It is not what lounge guesting rules intend and it is wrong.

It won't be picked up at the time of entering, but one day or another, airlines will get fed up with people trying that on and use it as a pretext to curtail some common sensical guesting flexibility. This forum is full of stories about loopholes people used to proudly exploit, which seemed to only affect tiny numbers, and which the airline decided to close heavy handedly - look at the thread on people being denied multi-carrier itineraries which used to be quite generous but which some people decided to exploit in a way that was clearly divergent from the spirit of the rules to get themselves F tickets at Y award prices. Now, as in primary school, everybody gets punished, starting with those who didn't do anything wrong and want to buy perfectly reasonable and justifiable multi carrier award tickets.
