Band 2 Lunch

This was my first flight with BA Gatwick crew. They were absolutely fine. There was one much more senior in years who came up to help the service her face when she delivered the snack as this was handed out before the bar service began for some reason; looked far from sweet and smiling. She turned out to be fine and extremely efficient. She came through with the bar and nothing was too much trouble. The meal cart followed after a while. There were 50 passengers in Club and they got everything served in a friendly and efficient manner. I’m won over for now

There were no menus and the choices were Cottage Pie x actually it looked weird but turned out to be delicious. Really delicious. Everyone around me wiped their plates clean. The starter was pleasant and the dessert was a wild berry trifle. It was not more a trifle than it was a mince pie but it was surprisingly good - and I am not a dessert eater. Top ups and further drinks were constantly being offered. I enjoyed it all
