No, you cannot do that. I've spoke to knowledgable agents who have confirmed this. The reason being, your Mosaic 1, Mosaic 2, Mosaic 3, and Mosaic 4 perks have to be two separate perks. You cannot select the same thing at Mosaic 1 as you do at Mosaic 2, so you cannot select 20 tiles boost at Mos 1, and then another 20 tiles boost at Mos 2. If you select 20 tiles boost at Mosaic 1 and then hit Mosaic 2, you will be able to select any perk EXCEPT for 20 tiles boost (you could gift someone 20 tiles because that's a separate perk)
This is most definitely NOT true.
-For my Mosaic-1 perk in 2023, I chose 20-tile boost in December 2023.
-I saved my Mosaic-2 perk for 2024 and chose 20-tile boost in January 2024.
-I have requalified for Mosaic-1 in 2024 and again it is offering me to choose 20-tile boost (it's not hidden or grayed out, I just haven't picked it yet due to uncertainty about how many tiles I'm going to earn this year).
