I agree with everything said about LX beeing better.
In case you travel with somebody: I find row 1 in the 747 on LH more private for a couple then the more exposed middle seats on LX (or also the middle pair on LH)
Travelling alone I would pick LX. For a couple i would pick LH when i can reserve 1A+K.
