Right. I get they are still competitors. I suspect you are right in that they may not have a 'published fare' for this routing. Though I personally find it silly, I'm sure they have their reasons and I'm not here to question that. I will phone them later for one last 'no, we can't do that response', then move on to booking AA. I appreciate your feedback/insights.
