FWIW, I run my own wireguard VPN on UDP 443 and never have problems being connected at Doha, meaning everything else is unblocked too.
I meant what I said, I can't use any port if their DPI noticed I havd openvpn running, meaning I can't reach 443 on that IP
I have not changed port as what others have said does not matter.
Interesting that UDP at least works, perhaps just OpenVPN is targeted here.
