I didn't have nearly as good a record with upgrades as a F0 in 2004. I'd say I was upgraded less than 25% of the time (though I fly in and out of MCO with plenty of stops in ATL so my segments tend to be in Delta's prime market). As a GM this year, I'm seeing a much better upgrade rate - perhaps as high as 75%.
