@OP You may also visit / hop to CX's the Wing F (though it is a bit far) if you have a long transit & want to visit another classy lounge with a totally different vibe.

Rest be assured this is FT's CX forum so the lads here probably know more facts about CX compared to an above-average CX CS agent.
