We called this property who stated this $48 credit is an open ended food & beverage credit, which can be used for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It can also be used at the "bar & grill", or at their café. Please charge to your room and you will receive the $48 credit per day. This, however, does not roll over if you do not use it daily.
