Also, I'll note that even when I provide my FFP # (I have *G status) with SWISS when booking, whether paid or award, it always seems to get deleted from my reservations. Maybe I'm doing something wrong - but I always now ask the agent when checking in at the desk to have it re-added if it's missing.
