BA2780 LGW - PFO, 6th October, 13:55

Very friendly crew but a bit on the slow side. One was doing first drinks service whilst the other was setting up the galley. We were an hour into the flight before I had my order taken.

I was in row 7 of an 8 row CE cabin. Unfortunately they’d run out of the chicken so I went for the ploughman’s. Big mistake!

The salad pot tasted of nothing. Really strange. The main was pretty awful. The lettuce looked like it was going off, the ham tasted very bland, the cheese and chutney was the same cheddar and chutney as the cheese plate, the pickled onions were really mushy. The cheese plate and pudding was a nice touch but all in all it was a pretty awful meal. Very disappointing.




Around 30 mins before landing, the crew came around with a basket of biscuits to choose from. I was expecting (and hoping given the little food I’d eaten) a better choice of snacks.

Walked off the flight feeling I had wasted my Avios points redemption, but at least I’d not paid for it!
