did so about 3 weeks ago here. No questions asked. You do still require the inbound BP.
Definitely a nice perk when needed, as you can’t do this with Amex lounges. While I have accessed PP lounges in SIN post-flight, never tried in US. But had about an hour to wait for someone after my flight so tried that out. Nice to grab a quick bite and coffeee since it was an early arrival.
