Looks like UA should interline bags if you check them, otherwise, just go to the gate (looks like C68 or C70).
The Key Lime gates are at ground level with an escalator just before you get to the outdoor terrace at the end of C.
Also note if you need to get some food before that flight there are limited opportunities once you get past C48ish. On a side note use the restrooms after C48 since they are newer and in much better condition.
