If I get Mosaic 1 towards the end of this year (2024) can I use the 20 tile perk in Jan to boost me up 20 tiles? Then when I get to 50 tiles I'll get another 20 tile I can use in 2025 as well which would be 40 free tiles in 2025?

While the JetBlue Mosaic perks are confusing in general, the 20-tile perk takes the cake as the most confusing. Here's what I did last year:
1. I earned Mosaic-1 during the first half of the year and saved the perk until December.
2. In December 2023 I got to 80 tiles, and chose the 20-tile perk for my Mosaic-1 perk. I was immediately granted Mosaic-2.
3. I saved the Mosaic-2 perk I was granted past the end of the calendar year.
4. In early January the 20-tile was showing unavailable for selection but a few weeks later, it was again showing available for selection with my held-over Mosaic-2 perk. I selected it for a 20-tile boost towards Mosaic in 2024.
5. I earned 50 tiles by June 2024 and I again have the 20-tile perk available for selection.
What's unclear, however, is whether I can use the 20-tile bonus to push me over the edge to 100 tiles and get yet another perk to use for the 20-tile bonus in 2025. Can a Mosaic-2 continually use the 20-tile bonus twice per year on a rolling basis? Eg. Use a held-over perk from previous year for 20-tiles + Mosaic-1 perk from current year for 20-tiles + roll the Mosaic-2 perk to next year?
