From FRA BA FRA-LHR-ATH in J was 15K (more than 1500 miles & sure Euro Businnes is crap) Total 85K miles with an opportunity to stopover in YYZ, visit FRA, and stopover in LHR, if so desired.

FRA<->YVR is 5007 miles but still falls into the 5K band. Geographically, ANC is the closest West Coast city to FRA which is situated on the 50th parallel North. Even starting in FAI it is less than 5K. Alaska origination is a challenge being quite distant from other gateways.

DE's 2025 summer schedule starts on May 9th so ANC-FRA will resume after that.

This past May we were able to secure two seats MSP-FRA for 55K each, just one month out from the flight. Of course with AS being AS, we had to secure separate positioning flights (me from SEA, son from BNA). Are they always available? No, but the availability they do have will surprise you.
