Hypothetically, If I booked a mixed cabin aeroplan redemption in "business" being less than 10%, and the connecting flight has a schedule change, am I entitled to be rebooked in 100% business?

Im looking at YXU-YYZ-ORD-HND for next year On AC/ANA, with only the ORD-YYZ being in business, but I am very confident the YXU-YYZ flight will have a schedule change within that time period, i've flown the route dozens of times, and it seems like every time I do there is a schedule change, obviously not guaranteed but I think there is a high probability. If that YXU-YYZ flight is changed by more than 15mins, can aeroplan rebook me YXU-YYZ-TYO in 100% business for free? TIA
