Yesterday they had a notice of downtime overnight on the website. Guess it was a failed change as now there is a notice:

Other features such as the Aeroplan eStore, hotel bookings and car rentals are also unavailable. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and thank you for your patience.
Is their IT outsourced or is it all in house?
