By selecting "form to enter the country' and then "other documents (optional)," one of the types of documents is "known traveler ID" and I entered the KTN there. Adding another data point, I put my KTN in the mobile app before and when checking in, but Pre did not show up on the mobile boarding pass. It is showing on the PDF boarding pass online, so I’m going to use that. I don’t think Iberia has yet updated their app to show Pre on the mobile boarding passes.
Also having problems with this on the website, so I downloaded the app to add it. I'm not using it signed in as I want my BA Exec Club # associated with it, not my Iberia # -- not sure if this is a mistake or not.

Not sure what next steps are - this is for a MIA-MAD flight but it's not for a couple of months.
I have had issues in the past with seat selection and been able to resolve it over WhatsApp, so maybe I'll try that. Worst case I'll ask them to add it at the check-in desk.
