I have a booking made directly with SV that I need to cancel. Both the app and website prompt me to enter a 4-digit OTP that’s supposed to be sent to my phone number, but it never gets sent to me and I’m left with no way to proceed.

If I instead try to change the booking or update my contact info, I have the option to have the OTP emailed rather than texted to me. The emailing works fine. However for cancelling, no email option is ever presented and I’m taken straight to the screen to enter the OTP that never arrives.

I know I have the correct phone number attached because I received a text confirmation when I initially made the booking. I was also given a 4-digit “security code” and I tried entering it as the OTP in case I somehow misunderstood something, but it indeed was incorrect.

Am I just going to have to call them?
