Got in the T1 parking garage this weekend. It seemed pretty nice, even for only being half open. 1st floor full, 2nd maybe half, 3rd and 4th floor nearly empty. 5th floor not open to public yet. It is still a bit of a walk from the actual terminal compared to terminal 2 though
