I showed the front desk supervisor those pictures and he said “that is natural stone and there’s nothing we can do about it”… I then pointed out the marks on the wall and he said he would have to go to our room to check. Afterward, he offered to switch us to a different room.
We have plans for the day so we didn’t switch rooms yet. Hopefully the next room will be better. So far, I’m not impressed. If this is how the hotel looks after 1.5 years in service, I can’t imagine what it’d be like in 10 years.
