I see, thank you! Sorry again to be slow, but why does this then work vs. the internet at the lounge, given this is also a Qatar SIM? Why is the Qatar SIM not blocked from Telegram but the WiFi port is? I would've assumed I needed to pick a country that isn't Qatar ... that Qatar (as a country) is the one blocking access to Telegram haha.
