Another Beef Melt Review. Sorry for the bad photo, I took it with my ipad with a bit of turbulence.

The sandwich was insanely hot and “gloopy”, so I tried to cut it in half with the useless butter knife provided. I should have given up once I discovered the roll was rock hard on the bottom, but I’m stubborn.
The flavor was OK but it was so incredibly salty, I couldn’t eat more than a few bites.

My main issue was the potatoes. “Roasted Paprika Potatoes” looked delicious, but they were ice cold. And I don’t mean room temperature, but as if the bowl was just taken out of the coldest part of the refrigerator.
I flagged down the FA and asked “Are these supposed to be served cold?” (assuming she’d apologize and whisk it away to heat), but instead she replied “Yes! That’s the way we received them!”. I was so surprised by this response I didn’t have time to say, but isn’t everything “received” cold?
Anyway, I didn’t touch them after the first bite. Cold potatoes are one thing, but not after they’ve been cooked in oil!
I’m also curious why the two previous photos of this meal have completely different looking potatoes?
