Hey, idea! Attach the bill PDF to the email! I'll be sending an invoice for my consulting fee. With a URL to it. Which will be broken.
I'm not sure what you're doing ... or not doing, but ...

I receive an email with a pdf of my folio attached after I check out from every stay. Here's my most recent one, from last week.

"Thank you for choosing Hyatt Place Boulder/Pearl Street. It was our pleasure to serve you. Per your request, please find the attached e-bill for your stay from 09-29-2024 to 09-30-2024. Should your future travel plans bring you back to our area, we hope you consider our property for your accommodations.

Hyatt Place Boulder/Pearl Street"
