When WA asks you to fill out the pre-arrival form, is it the still water that is free? Tea and sparkling costs how much again? Does not say in the pre arrival form

any HGV place u stay they have a timeshare presentation that u can ask for. They also have packages, get 4 nights for $249 and 100k HH points. Something like that. The HGV timeshare owners are talking about something else. I would 99% never jump into a timeshare unless you are very good at securing deals in the 3rd party market.
