MLL Guest Pass Loading Error
Curious if anyone else is / has faced an issue with their MLL guest passes loading?
Since at least the beginning of the benefit year, none of my MLL one-time use passes have loaded on the website or mobile app. Whenever I click/tap on the benefit, it loads forever before throwing an error, "We're sorry, something went wrong. Please try again." as the request times out. I've tried accessing it on the website and app, in different countries and different networks without success.
I sent a request via the online form in early April, but never heard back. After following up a few times over the summer, I finally did hear back but apparently there was a technical glitch *within* their support system as I was sent information from another passengers' CTA compaint (including a rather substantial credit code which I deleted promptly). After that fiasco I did get a phone call from the customer support team directly (which is wildly unusual in my experience) saying they would look into it the case.
Fast forward another month or so and I still have had no luck accessing any passes. I followed up again via X and was told that they confirmed with the Elite desk that "all Maple Leaf Lounge passes were used and that there are none left" - which is most certainly not the case. They suggested I contact Aeroplan directly - which I did via phone. They were able to see the issue (the passes wouldn't load on their end either) but didn't have a solution besides opening another ticket - which I can't say I'm confident will be responded to before the end of the year.
At this point, there's not much time left in the year to even share the passes. Is there any other avenue I can reach out for assistance?
