Well, we all had our beef melts this weekend. I kinda liked it. As someone above had also done, I first attempted to eat it with knife and fork, but the bottom bread was a bit difficult to cut with the provided utensils. I made one cut through and just ate it in halves, with my hands. Flavor was good, bit of kick to the giardiniera--not that much really, but more than I might expect on something being served to such a wide audience. I'd order it again.
