I am not a dog person, but dogs do seem to love a better kennel.


For cats, a pet sitter is a very good option. Rover works well for pet sitting. $30 a day for the neighbor down the street to come over and play with the cat for one hour. Well worth the money.

I cannot travel with the cat to the vet 10 minutes away without sedating both the cat and myself. I cannot imagine traveling with a cat on a plane.
