Recently finished a stay there in mid-September (2 Cat 1-4 awards for me, plus used 2 GoH for family). Agree with feedback on the hard product (good) and staff (excellent). The staff went out of their way to take care of my sister-in-law who needed to use a wheelchair for the stay. A couple other notes:

1. Dinner was short-staffed. Service was good, but there were simply too many people (sorority alumnae event that weekend) and too few staff. Food was very aggressively seasoned.
2. Saturday breakfast was a la carte, with Sunday as buffet. I personally liked the a la carte better but the rest of my family liked having more options from the buffet. Both were good options.
3. Staff also did a great job in light of my family (including a couple of kids and several of my family members who are not regular domestic travelers).
4. No billing issues upon checkout and all GoH nights credited as expected.
5. The 2 GoH reservations were nearby; I was a floor below them (again, likely because of the weekend event). I didn't get upgraded (and didn't bother asking because the room was good enough for my purposes).

I'd probably stay there again (I chose this over the HP in Allen); certainly would recommend to others staying in the Frisco Area. Good use of a 1-4 if rates are high.
