I have Hertz President's circle and I am renting for the first time this year after a long hiatus. I reserved a car for picking up at the SFO airport location and it said president's circle. Now when I look at the reservation, it asks me to checkin online and mentions that I need to take a selfie and a driver license. If not I have to wait in line at the airport. Is this the new operating procedure? If I do not check in before will I not have a car in the stall with my name that I can take and drive out?
