Thanks a lot for help! We're thinking of one week, from 24/11/2024 to 30/11/2024 (hope everything goes OK with the job, and we can afford a vacation). I'd prefer to spend not much more than $150-$200 per night.

So on the face you might save a few bucks on the room rate but at the expense of travel time (and so losing out on seeing the sights) and cost of that travel.
