Service was a new variation of the 1-trolley-3 move.

Crew1 started at row 1, serving both drinks and food. Crew2 started from the other end of the same trolley at row 3, serving both drinks and food.
Crew1 spent so much time shuttling back and forth to the galley to pass things over the trolley to Crew2 that by the time Crew1 had finished with row 1, Crew2 had already powered through to row 5. Poor row 2 ….
