That does not matter.
I am sure that there is some documentation connecting someone in your household to the residence, even if everything is mailed to a P.O. Box. It could a property tax bill, a living trust, a homeowners insurance declaration identifying the insured property, a utility bill that has the service address, etc., etc., etc.
In such cases, follow these
instructions:
If your name does not appear on any residency documents, you may present a birth certificate, marriage license, or domestic partner registration certificate to trace your relationship to the person whose name DOES appear on the residency documentation.
