Have to say I found this whole thread very strange because I've never dined anywhere as well as I have in HK and usually only disappointed in a place relative to other HK places! (I guess it does spoil you...) But some good recommendations...
The Hong Kong food scene can't be beat...for its obnoxious patrons, rude staff, nasty aromas, and limitless gristle and bone.
It makes anywhere in the mainland look like a page from an Emily Post book.
