DP: I just booked a 12 night stay here, broken out into 2 separate reservations. Used TSU to upgrade to the Regency Suite. (I know, not the best use of the upgrade certs, but I have my reasons.)

I was a bit anxious because of the comments here, so I made sure there was a standard suite available for my dates. When I reached out via Globalist chat, the agent initially told me no suites were available. I gently pushed back, inquiring why that would be the case when I clearly see a standard suite availability online. The agent went away for a few mins then was able to apply the upgrade certs to the 2 reservations. I was told the agent had to "change the code". Unsure what that means.

Will post again after the stay. Aside from the potential games being played by the property regarding elite benefits, the rest of the property looks good.
