I always thought that flypass changes outside of IROPs and Go Show had to be done online. I always got pushback when requesting changes over the phone.

V class was available on KUL-BKK but no longer on MNL-KUL so the system wouldn’t let me change even though my existing MNL-KUL was booked in V.
