Three keys for Ritz Phulay is a head-scratcher. Banyan Tree next door is superior except maybe for f&b.

Smart to second tier SS Yao Noi. I would have also demoted Soneva Kiri where rooms are falling apart.
I am aligned with the majority of this list. But the absence of FS Koh Samui and Golden Triangle is puzzling.
