Thanks for the reply and your report. Added the hotel to the master list.

Created a separate post for Holiday Inn - the niu properties in the master list. Technically it is a Holiday Inn, but my impression as well is, that it is not in all cases comparable with a Holiday Inn. I would not say, that there are worse than a Holiday Inn, but they are different.
