Now the next problem, -- I searched for BOS-SXM one way during the first week in December. Here's the message I got:1) Can you only book award flights up to 30 days out on other carriers? 2) Cash + Avios is OK but all Avios is not?

Below that message is a yellow "Complete My Booking" button. I clicked on that, and it just goes into an endless waiting state, the Oryx with the rotating circle around it. So I can't even get to a page where the "Pay now", "Hold my booking" and "Cash + Avios" options appear.

HELP!!
Yeah, I keep getting numerous errors trying to do a WB (Rwandair) booking. At least it's supposedly bookable online now, but has been non-functional for at least a month. I just haven't gotten around to calling or chatting for it, but that's what I suspect will have to happen.
